Welcome to Cookie Development. By using any Cookie Development bot, service, product, website, script, asset, hosted system, or custom development service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

Cookie Development provides custom development services for FiveM servers, Discord systems, scripts, bots, maps, web systems, and special project requests.

Services may include ready-made products, custom-built systems, private development work, hosted Discord bots, installation support, configuration, and technical assistance.

Source code access is not included unless it is clearly agreed before the purchase, order, or delivery.

Discord Bots

Cookie Development Discord bots may include application systems, ticket systems, staff review systems, whitelist systems, role assignment systems, log systems, moderation tools, giveaway systems, suggestion systems, and other custom Discord features.

You may not use Cookie Development bots for spam, harassment, raids, phishing, token grabbing, illegal activity, abusive automation, or any activity that violates Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, or Discord Developer Policy.

Bot availability may depend on Discord API status, hosting providers, network conditions, database services, and third-party integrations.

FiveM Development

FiveM scripts, maps, systems, and related assets are provided based on the agreed project scope or product description.

Compatibility may depend on your server framework, dependencies, configuration, resource order, hosting environment, and installed third-party resources.

Extra features, redesigns, custom changes, framework conversions, or additional setup work may require an additional fee depending on the request.

Payments & Delivery

Payments are made for the agreed service, product, package, or development request. Delivery time depends on project complexity, communication speed, required information, and the service type.

Custom development services are usually handled through Discord communication unless another method is agreed.

Digital products, completed custom work, delivered files, configured systems, or activated hosted services may not be refundable unless Cookie Development approves an exception.

Usage Rules

You agree not to misuse, damage, copy, leak, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share Cookie Development products, files, systems, bots, or private services without written permission.

• You may not claim Cookie Development work as your own.
• You may not resell or redistribute our products without permission.
• You may not attempt to bypass licensing, protections, restrictions, or access controls.
• You may not use our services for malicious, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for your server configuration, permissions, and third-party resources.

Availability

Cookie Development aims to provide stable and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime for third-party platforms, hosting providers, Discord, FiveM, Tebex, external APIs, databases, or network services.

Maintenance, updates, outages, platform changes, or technical problems may temporarily affect service availability.

Support

Support is provided through official Cookie Development communication channels. Support may include installation help, product guidance, bug checks, configuration advice, and service-related assistance.

Support may be limited or refused if the product is modified without permission, used against these terms, leaked, resold, abused, or damaged by third-party resources.

Termination

Cookie Development may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, attempts to harm our systems, performs fraudulent activity, or uses our products for malicious purposes.

Changes to Terms
